Duo Dogs trains and connects dogs to people with specific physical, emotional, and social needs, creating a dynamic, life-enhancing duo.

Duo Dogs is a national nonprofit organization that trains and connects dogs with people to cultivate positive change in individuals, families, and communities. Accredited by Assistance Dogs International (ADI), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Duo Dogs opens the doors to independence by providing Assistance Dogs to individuals with physical challenges, Facility Dogs to those in need of emotional assurance, and Touch Dogs that bring encouragement to people facing health issues or other challenges, reading assistance to area students, and educational programming to schools and businesses. Duo Dogs is a fixture in the St. Louis community and is proud to be able to serve those they do, changing lives each and every day.

Lend Us a Helping Hand

Behind each dedicated Duo Dog is an army of volunteers looking to make difference through our incredible dogs. If you’re 18 years of age and older, we’d love to share Duo with you.
