Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will double, sometimes even triple, any charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees or spouses. In some cases, even volunteer hours are matched! Search for your company below and download the appropriate matching gift form. If you see your company listed, but you can’t access the matching gift form, please contact your company’s Human Resources Office. Then send the completed and signed form to Duo Dogs, along with your gift, to the below address. The Duo Dogs staff will handle the rest!

Certified Duo Touch Therapy™ teams bring smiles, stress relief and meaningful moments to your employees.  With a donation of $1,000, your organization can bring the joy of Duo Touch Therapy™ visits to your workplace. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or offering a midday morale boost, a visit from our dogs is an unforgettable gift.

Workplace Wellness Visit Policies

• Visits requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
• Duo Touch Therapy™ events may be held at a corporate site or mutually agreed upon venue, with a maximum duration of 90 minutes.
• For outdoor events, an indoor backup space is recommended in case of inclement weather.
• All events are subject to approval.

Duo’s community events provide opportunities for individuals and organizations to connect with our mission by inviting Duo teams to participate in local gatherings and activities. These appearances allow community members to learn more about the important work Duo Dogs does in training and placing Assistance, Facility and Touch Therapy dogs, while also promoting awareness of how these partnerships transform lives. Through our participation, we aim to educate, engage and inspire others to join us in creating extraordinary bonds between people and do.

Community Event Policies:

• Duo Dogs must be the only dogs present at an event. This is for the health and safety of our dogs and volunteers. If Duo teams arrive and there are other dogs present, we reserve the right to leave the event.
• Duo Touch Therapy™ teams are allowed to visit for a maximum of 90 minutes. If your event is longer than 90 minutes, we will try our best to divide the event into multiple shifts.
• Event participation is subject to weather. For the safety of our dogs and volunteers, Duo reserves the right to cancel for any extreme temperatures or inclement weather.
• Distance and travel time play a key role in our ability to fill event requests
• Due to the volunteer nature of our organization, we cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfill every request.
