Thank you for signing up to one of our Obedience Training Classes. By filling out this form you have reserved a spot for a specific day and time. Please note that a minimum number of participants must register for the class to occur. You will receive a confirmation email before the first week of class confirming the class is taking place. If the minimum number of participants is not met, our trainers will reach out to you to discuss other class options that might work for you.
Please submit vaccination records for Rabies (dogs 4 months and older), DHLPP, and Bordatella to obedience@duodogs.org. A release of liability waiver will be provided on the first day of classes.
