Due to the significant increase in applications and meeting the needs of our current clients, we have temporarily suspended the acceptance of new applications for assistance dogs. We invite you to continue checking our website for announcements regarding applications re-opening to the public. If you currently have, or have had a Duo Assistance Dog and are in need of a successor dog, please contact Duo directly by calling 314.997.2325 or email at info@duodogs.org.

What’s Happening The Week of 7/6/15

We hope everyone had a wonderful July 4th weekend and the four-legged friends survived the fireworks. This is the number one time of the year for lost pets because of the noise and the added activities. A good reason to have your pets micro-chipped. The staff and volunteers said goodbye to the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame litter as they went to their new Volunteer Puppy Raising homes. Now they begin their journey to become future assistance dogs for someone in need. In case you might be interested in becoming a Volunteer Puppy Raiser, or just want more information, the next volunteer orientation will be held on Saturday, July 25. Call Marie at (314) 997-2325 to sign up!
