As Managing Partner at Gershman Commercial Real Estate, Molly Studer leads the daily operation of the firm, with a focus on employee development, profitability, and company culture. She is responsible for oversight of Property Management, Project Management, Accounting, Maintenance/Engineering, Asset Management, and Marketing/Administration departments, and is the primary contact with outsourced services including IT, human resources, and legal. Molly leads recruitment/hiring and onboarding efforts company-wide and plays an integral role in employee engagement. In addition, Molly focuses on client relations, pursues new business opportunities across all service lines, manages the corporate insurance program, and oversees the firm’s communications, social media, and brand awareness strategies. She also serves as a managing member of the firm’s ownership group.

Molly joined Gershman in November 2020 as Senior Vice President in a newly created strategic, operational and client development role. In January 2022, her role expanded to Executive Vice President, Operations and she took on additional responsibility including service line oversight and firm-wide operational leadership. In April 2023, she was elevated to COO and in October 2023 she joined the ownership group. Molly’s real estate career began in 2002 at THF Realty. Her experience includes property management, lease administration, business development, client relations, operations, project management, due diligence, recruitment, and employee engagement. Prior to joining Gershman, Molly was Vice President of Operations at Intelica CRE where she had operational oversight of the firm’s property management services platform, followed by a role with JEMA, an architecture and design firm, as Director of Client Development, where she was directly responsible for business development, client relationship management and firm recruitment initiatives.
